(Aktietorget: BOTX) Based on earlier communicated option program, the board member Maria Lilja has in September 2010 made use of all her share option rights and bought 2 365 416 shares in Botnia Exploration Holding AB (publ), at a price of 0.1744 SEK per share, which in total has brought in 412 528.55 SEK to the Company.
The issue of the new shares has now been registered at Bolagsverket (Swedish Companies Registration Office) and Euroclear.
The number of new shares that were bought amounted to 2 365 416. By that, the total number of shares after the issue amounts to 477 997 574. The share capital is increased by 11 827.08 SEK to 2 389 987.87 SEK.
